Amway donates $1 million of goods to Today Show Toy Drive

ADA -- Amway Global on Friday donated $1 million worth of cosmetics, skin care, personal care, fragrances and jewelry to NBC's Today Show Toy Drive as part of an effort by the direct sales industry to support the campaign.

Steve Lieberman, Amway Global's managing director, appeared on the show and said the donation is part of the company's One by One for Children program and was aimed at teen and pre-teen girls, who often are forgotten during gift drives.

The donation is being shipped to 20 non-profit organizations around the country.
